At the heart of the project is the belief that the revitalization of Lowell will revolve around the beauty of our streets. That of course is driven by the creative efforts of our business owners. Hence, the first annual awards, recognizing the those that have taken huge steps in advancing their branding, lighting, vibe, and storefront displays.
